Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Makes A Man Much More Drowsy Than Ordinarily One

Chronic fatigue syndrome makes a man much more drowsy than ordinarily one being exhausted. People suffering from this disease are very much neglected and it obstructs in their routine life. It becomes difficult for them to perform normal work. It has been opined by some patients that they are unfit to shoulder maximum liabilities either at home or at their working place, whereas the others are sternly weak and confined to bed constantly. Moreover they not only suffer from tremendous weakness but also from large range of other indications, viz. constant pain and flu-like symptoms.

Symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome:-

Signs of CFS and their strength differ from man to man. The usual indications comprise of:

  • Sleep that isn’t stimulating
  • Muscle and joint pains with no inflammation
  • Severe or changing patterns of headaches
  • Sore throat
  •  Unexpected acute tiredness, particularly following a flu-like disease
  • Indications have a separate onset
  • Inflamed lymph glands in the armpits or necks
  • Recollection troubles or incapability to think

Other symptoms can contain:

  • Irritable bowel syndrome
  • Intolerance to alcohol
  • Impaired circulation in the hands and feet
  • Dry eyes and mouth
  • Painful menstrual periods
  • Visual disturbances

For weakness to be measured acute, it must have the undernoted four conditions:

1.  It is not the effect of tiring physical work

2.  It gets a lot worse after physical or mental hard work or after illness

3.  It radically reduces skill to act normally in most circumstances

4.   It is not reassured by rest or sleep

Causes of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome:-

The reasons of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are still undecided. It has come out from studies that food prejudice, numerous nutrient insufficiencies or intense mental or physical pressure may generate constant exhaustion. It further reveals that CFS may be initiated by the resistant system, by reopening of definite transferable agents in the body or a variety of defects of the hypothalamic-pituitary axes.
